WEBSITE PRIVACY

Last updated: 28 September 2026. This notice explains how Nuvens Consulting Limited uses personal information when you visit workspacesmanager.com or contact us through it.

Who is responsible for your information?

Nuvens Consulting Limited operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Our registered office is 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR, United Kingdom. Company number: 09937115. You can contact us about privacy at info@nuvens.co.uk.

This notice covers website visits and enquiries. It does not set out the commercial terms for WorkSpaces Manager or the privacy arrangements for information processed within a customer’s own deployment, which may be covered by separate agreements and notices.

What information do we collect?

If you use our enquiry form, we receive your name, email address, company, the type of help requested and any message you choose to provide. If you email or call us, we receive the information you provide and a record of our correspondence.

When you visit the site, the website and its service providers may process your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referral source and approximate location. Server logs may record requests and technical errors. We use Snitcher to understand which businesses visit the site; it processes IP addresses and visit activity to match visits to companies. Google reCAPTCHA processes technical information to help protect forms against spam and abuse.

Why do we use it?

We use enquiry details only to handle and respond to your enquiry, including arranging a demonstration or providing information you request. We do not use enquiry details for marketing. Depending on the enquiry, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries or taking steps you request before entering a contract.

We use technical data to operate, maintain and protect the website, prevent misuse and understand business interest in our services. We rely on our legitimate interests in running a secure website and improving our business website, subject to your rights and any consent required for non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

Cookies and third-party services

Cookies and browser storage support website functions and can measure visits. Snitcher says its tracker uses a first-party cookie called snitcher_device_id to recognise a returning browser, with a lifetime of one year, and session storage called snitcher_session, which lasts for 30 minutes after the last activity. Google reCAPTCHA may use device and browser information to detect abuse. See Snitcher’s explanation and Google reCAPTCHA for further information. Where consent is required for optional storage or tracking, we will request it through the site’s cookie controls.

Who can receive your information?

Information may be handled by Nuvens staff and by service providers that host and maintain the website, process contact forms and email, protect forms from abuse, or provide website analytics. These include relevant AWS and WordPress services, Google reCAPTCHA and Snitcher. We may also disclose information to professional advisers where necessary or when required by law.

Where is information processed?

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Snitcher states that its core visitor-data infrastructure is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany; its data processing agreement also identifies some service providers outside the EU or with global operations. Where a restricted transfer takes place, the relevant provider’s transfer arrangements and applicable safeguards are used. You can ask us at info@nuvens.co.uk for more information about the safeguards relevant to your information.

How long do we keep it?

We keep enquiry details for six months. Website server logs are retained according to the period needed for site operation, security and troubleshooting and are removed in line with the hosting and logging settings. Snitcher’s browser identifier has a one-year lifetime; this is different from the time its service may retain visit data. Other information is retained only for as long as needed for its purpose or an applicable legal requirement.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your personal information, request its deletion or restricted use, or ask for a copy in a portable form. If we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. If we rely on legitimate interests, you can object to the processing. Contact info@nuvens.co.uk to make a request. These rights are subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can address it. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice if our website or data practices change and show the new date at the top of this page.
